Pop-up blockers can stop you from pulling a report.

The most common way to bypass a pop-up blocker is by holding down either CTRL or Shift when clicking on the button or link that initiates the pop-up. This allows you to "disable" the pop-up blocker for only the one click, without compromising any of your security settings.
- On your Certified Credit Order screen, enter your clients information, hold down the CTRL key and then click the Order button.
- If your Credit Report fails to appear and you return to the same screen, repeat Step #1, but substitute the Shift key for the CTRL key.
- If you continue to experience problems with pop-ups being blocked, consult your pop-up blocker manufacturer for instructions on how to safely enable pop-ups for your computer.
